White Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can of Organic Great Northern White Beans
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp White champagne vinegar
  • 1/2 lemon 

Directions

  1. In a large bowl mix beans, lemon, and champagne vinegar.
  2. Heat pan on medium-low, spray with avocado oil then add garlic.
  3. Add in beans, lemon, and champagne vinegar to pan.
  4. Stir and let sit for a few minutes. 
  5. You can eat warm or eat cold the next day, both taste equally as delicious!
